Superior Room/King

Our Superior Room is a bright and spacious room with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm). With its additional sofa that can be used as an extra bed, this room is also suitable for families of four. The room has its own bathroom with shower.

Superior Room Double/Twin

This room can be booked with twin beds or a king size bed depending on what you require. The room has an ensuite bathroom with rain shower.

Double Room

Our two double rooms are individually decorated with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Single Room

Small room with double bed and private bathroom with bathtub. The single room is ideal for single occupancy.

  Excellent pour une halte Chambre d’hôte très jolie avec une hôte très accueillante Joli jardin devant la maison Nous avons logé deux nuits dans une grande chambre familiale avec un grand lit double et un lit d’appoint. La literie n’est pas très confortable , sommier à lattes grinçante au moindre mouvement . Petite salle de bain, très propre. Idéalement situé pour se balader dans nairn , restaurant et plage à 10m’ à pied . Point embêtant , pas de parking , et surtout le petit déjeuner qui laisse à désirer . Première chambre d’hôte au royaume uni sans plat chaud . Pas de scottish breakfast , on nous a proposé des œufs le premier jour mais pas le deuxième car trop de monde en même temps je pense . Très dommage car on se retrouve alors avec salade de fruits, yaourt, charcuteries,pain maison ( pas extra ), viennoiseries. Cela serait bon en France mais pas en ecosse . Je j’ai pas pris de photo du petit déjeuner c’est l’unique fois . C’est dommage à ce tarif. Je recommande pour une halte .

  A beautiful, quaint stay in Nairn with a delectable breakfast and such gracious hosts. We had booked 4 rooms for a night's stay, the rooms were clean, neat and well thought out. The family room was spacious and airy. Though the twin room and the double rooms were slightly cramped, the well thought out small touches like cookies, still water and sparkling water, gracious hosts at check in, parking availability right outside and the cozy rooms made up for it. Cawdor cafe is a well known one, we were so grateful for they prepared us eggless scones on request and we were very thankful for the kind gesture. They served us quite a yummy breakfast which we savoured in the morning. All in all it was a great stay! We hope to return back to this beautiful, quaint stay in Nairn! It's just a short & beautiful drive from Inverness..

  Great B&B near the station, direct connection to Inverness Airport Great bed and breakfast. 5 Minutes to the railway station. 10 Minutes to Inverness Airport, 20 minutes to Inverness by train. Great breakfast with fresh bread and the best coffee in Scotland. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. The cafe serves real German cake.

  Perfect little Inn! Charming hotel in a great location. Great place to stay when visiting the fabulous Cawdor Castle. The room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. We were having trouble finding any Highland Cows to see but the owner Kristin told us where to find them and we were delighted!

  Amazing! Everything about our stay was so lovely. The hosts were so kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was really nice and beds were super comfortable and there were also lovely amenities. Breakfast and the coffee was also superb!

  A welcome return-ausgezeichnet! Visited cafe for coffee tea lemonade and cakes including delicious apple and cinnamon and German cheesecake.Delighted to see the cafe open again ,having been a favourite under previous ownership.The new owners have continued the high quality cakes and refreshments.Situated just a few minutes from the railway station in a pleasant street with bees busy among the lavender.Delightful.

  Enchanting Oasis in Nairn, Scotland Near Inverness and the Moray Firth Our hostesses, owners Manuela and Anika, were very welcoming. Our late arrival and early departure next day for Inverness Airport (15 min. drive) was taken in stride and their hospitality was in full gear when they served us a fine breakfast at 5:30 am! The room was very comfortable for the three of us. In their renovation they have woven hints of modern with the traditional very nicely. Would love to stay at Cawdor House again. With more time, I would use their sitting room looking out over the front garden, or in the garden itself, and sip their fine whisky....

  Charming and Delightful BB If you’re looking for a lovely and peaceful B&B in a beautiful Scottish town, do yourself a favor and check this place out. Stayed here in June with my wife for a short stay in Nairn and was very pleasantly surprised. The inn was well located, the rooms nicely appointed with comfortable beds, and the women running it were very attentive and friendly. Would absolutely come back

  Weekend away Anneka and Andy were amazing hists,. The were highly entertaining, and breakfast was absolutely amazing. We could not recommended anywhere else more highly. We were amused as to who snored so loudly that we could hear them in our room but decided over a communial breakfast that was part of the atmosphere. An excellent stay.
